Case 1

Situation
We took on the task of inspecting the appearance of new sensor devices, but the yield was only 30%.
The situation was such that the yield was extremely low and a significant amount of time was spent on sorting defective items.Proposal
We proposed to analyze the defects, identify trends, and conduct durability and functionality evaluations for common defect modes to determine if they truly needed to be classified as defective.
Result
Through the evaluations, it was discovered that there was no marked difference between the rejected items and the good ones, resulting in an increase in yield. Ultimately, we were able to reach a continuous yield of 100%, which led to the client no longer requiring our inspection services. However, the client was extremely grateful and we ended up receiving other jobs from them.

While giving up is easy, the impact of success is significant. This encouraged the developers, and it was decided to continue the testing.
Result
Eventually, we achieved success. To this day, we are still receiving gratitude from the developers.

We went to a new customer for dicing sales, but for various reasons such as complex certification procedures and already fulfilling orders, we were turned away. However, a sudden market change reversed the situation a year later, and the customer visited our company requesting processing.Proposal
We started trade after certification, but there were many companies with deep, long-standing relationships, and it was a situation where rivals were vying. Therefore, as a newcomer, we started with a small allocation of work. Result
Our company was able to maintain quality and achieved processing accuracy that others could not imitate by utilizing programs and conditions. We received high evaluations for QCD, and we were told that we are now the primary vendor.
